The apartment is reached through a private, gated entrance, down a pretty patiod passageway located in a street running between the world famous La Rambla and the pedestrian shopping street, Portal De L'Angel. Entrance to the apartment is into the lower level. Once inside the apartment you will find peace and tranquility in stunning style. Step outside and you are surrounded by historic medieval streets packed with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Less than two minute's walk and you are on the bustling La Rambla, and three minutes away is the city hub - Placa De Catalunya. A perfect location.
The apartment is a statement of chic style with stunning wooden floors, a glass staircase and modern furnishings.
On the Lower floor (entrance level):
The living room is very smart and comfortable with beautiful wooden floors and attractive artwork. There is a smart sofa bed TV, DVD, Hi Fi.
The kitchen is small but ultra modern and well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, kettle and cafetiere.
On this floor there is one double bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and lamps.
The bathroom is very smart with a great shower, WC and hand basin. A hairdryer is provided.
On the Upper floor:
The main bedroom has a double bed, lots of wardrobe space and the use of a private en-suite, completely tiled with a full bath and overhead shower.
The second bedroom has two single beds facilitating flexible sleeping arrangements. Access to the main bedroom requires entry through this second bedroom.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection.
A very smart apartment in a perfect location.
Please note there is one large air conditioning unit in the living room which services the entire apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit as indicated on the apartment description page. This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
- For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
