The apartment is very bright and immaculately presented on the third floor. The living room has beautiful wooden flooring throughout, a large sofa which also converts to a sofa bed for 2 guests. There is a TV with Spanish terrestrial channels, a stereo with Radio- CD player, MP3 Player and a DVD player. The dining area has a smart glass dining table and seating for 6.
The main bedroom is bathed in sunlight during the day and is very attractively decorated. It has a large double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom also has a double bed.
The bathroom is clean and bright with a large oval bath and overhead shower and a hairdryer is provided.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with smart appliances including a microwave, oven, a full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee machine, a washing machine, kettle, toaster, pots and pans.
The apartment is air-conditioned and heated throughout.
The apartment is equipped with Wi Fi (wireless) ADSL internet access.

If preferred, a cash deposit can also be used. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
