This very spacious duplex apartment is located just 4 minutes walk from the world famous La Rambla and opposite the Word Trade Centre. The wonderful old town with its many cafes, tapas bars, shops and restaurants are just a short stroll or one block away. With a metro stop less than 4 minutes away this is a perfect location for exploring buzzing Barcelona.
The ground floor of the apartment has a spacious living room, filled with natural light flooding through the french windows which lead out onto a sizeable terrace. There is a high quality sofa, a plasma TV with CD/DVD player, dinning table and chairs for four. Attractive art and wooden floors provide for a simple, fresh feel.
The kitchen is very modern and extremely well equipped. The high quality appliances include full hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
On the lower floor there is a cloakroom with WC.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is very attractive with a stunning double bed with leather bedstead, night tables and lamps. There is also plenty of built in wardrobe space.
This bedroom has a smart, modern en-suite with wc, bath and overhead shower.
The second bedroom has twin beds, night table and built in wardrobes.
There is a second family bathroom with wc and shower.
The apartment is fully heated and air-conditioned.
