This apartment is located in the Eixample district, an area greatly influenced by Gaudi and including some of his most famous works - Casa Batllo and the stunning Sagrada Familia. The beautiful Passeig de Gracia is close by and the world famous La Rambla just a 10 minute walk away.

This luxury apartment is the perfect base for exploring this amazing city. Decorated in a clean and contemporary style, the living/dining area is bright and spacious. Additional Booking Conditions:

  • Guests will be required to give a 200 euro cash security deposit on arrival. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.

  • There is a 30 euro late check in fee if arriving after 8pm.

  • Arrivals after midnight cannot be accommodated, entry to the apartment must be the following day.
