With many of Gaudi's most celebrated creations located in the surrounding elegant streets and the world-renowned La Rambla just 6 minutes stroll away the location is hard to beat.
This is one of our most spacious and stylish apartments - set within an elegant "modernist" mansion building, which has been totally refurbished.
The apartment comprises of an extremely spacious living/entertaining room with full-length windows onto standing balconies. The high ceilings really give this room a light and airy feel. There is a large dining table and chairs for 8 guests, a TV/DVD player. There is a sofa bed for one guest.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with full oven, microwave and gas hob.
There are three good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobes.
The two other bedrooms are simply furnished with 2 single beds in each.
There is a full bathroom with bath and shower.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and is centrally heated and fully air conditioned for year-round comfort.
This is a well located, smart and very spacious apartment - perfect for larger groups and families to enjoy buzzing Barcelona!

- For this apartment payment is as follows.
The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
