The lounge / dining space is bright and airy with sofa bed, TV and DVD that plays CD's, air-conditioning, and dining for 4. There is a standing balcony from the lounge onto the street.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with full oven, gas hob and microwave.
The bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes for storage.
The bathroom is clean, and fully tiled with a bath and a shower.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and is centrally heated and fully air conditioned for year-round comfort.
This is a well-located and smartly presented apartment - perfect for small groups that require a smart base in the beautiful boulevard Eixample.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For this apartment payment is as follows.
A further 15% of the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within 4 days of your booking being confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival.
- As a security bond, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required.
- For all multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of 150 euros per apartment. This will be returned on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.

"I think as a selling point, you could point out to potential users of this particular apartment how close the underground system is and how easy and cheap it is too use. It is not far at all to walk into town from the apartment, but the metro saves your legs on the way back!! The Placa Catalunya was remarkably close in walking terms, but just being back one block or so off the main streets made a real difference to noise levels - much quieter than expected! Thanks again - hope we can use your services again soon!"
