This bright and sunny apartment is located in the up-scale neighbourhood of Exiample. This central area is bursting with wonderful tapas bars, traditional and modern restaurants, enticing delicatessens and fabulous boutiques. The apartment is very attractive with modern facilities and gorgeous wooden floors throughout. The living room has a double sofa-bed, armchairs, coffee table, TV (local channels only) and DVD player.

There are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. There are plenty of wardrobes for all those purchases.

There is one full bathroom and an extra wc/shower room.

The kitchen is modern and stylish. Well equipped for self catering the kitchen has a full hob, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, and washing machine. There are plenty of pot, pans and tableware.

This smart apartment is located in a pleasant and convenient central location. It is attractively furnished and provides an ideal base for for your trip to buzzing Barcelona.

• A cot (crib) and high chair are available at an additional cost of 20 euros per item to be paid on arrival.
  
  
• Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
  
  
• For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
  
  
• Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.
  For the first 3 days : 7 euros per day
  For additional days : 3 euros per day
  
  
• The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card. if paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
