This smart first floor apartment is perfectly located in a modern building right on the corner of Placa Universitat, just 4 minutes stroll to La Rambla. With a metro station right outside the building entrance this is a very convenient central location.

This stylish open-plan apartment is spacious, light and comfortable. The living room is smart and cool with a double sofa bed, armchairs, TV, DVD player and dinning table and chairs. French windows lead out onto a lovely terrace.

The kitchen is separate but open to the living room making cooking a social affair. It is modern and well equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

The bedroom is furnished with two single beds with night tables and a large wardrobe. The bedroom is separated from the living room by sliding doors.

The modern marbled bathroom has a full bath, overhead shower, wc and basin.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Groups of 6 guests or more will be asked to provide a security deposit of 50 euros per person. This can be either in cash or credit card. For bookings of less then 6 guests a security deposit of 150 euros is required at check-in. This can be paid in cash or credit card.
  
  
• The balance can be paid in cash or by credit card. (Visa, Mastercard or AMEX). If paying by credit card a card processing charge of 1.75 % will be applied.
  
  
• For this apartment guests will be asked to check-in at the apartment management office where you will be given keys and directions to the apartment.
  
  
• Where fast internet is available and guests wish to have access, the following charges will apply and will be requested at check-in.
