This sumptuous apartment has the best of location and modern design.
On the second floor the apartment is fully air conditioned and centrally heated.
The living area is fantastically bright and bathed in light from 2 sets of French doors leading to balconies. The ceilings are superbly high at around 3 metres with open beams making the apartment wonderfully luminous. The furniture is of a wonderfully modern design with a great plasma screen TV with ample satellite channels. There is a huge comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table and chairs.
There is a separate office area that can be closed off from the living area by a large sliding door, with a desk, shelves, chairs and internet WI-FI connection to allow a business trip to be much smoother and less fraught.
The kitchen is open to the living area but if you wish you can close it off by using the 2 sliding doors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave and has a handy breakfast bar for your early morning coffee.
The master bedroom suite comprises a large double bed (180x190m) with a wall mounted Loewe plasma screen TV, wonderful Chinese furniture and imitation crocodile skin Italian tiles. From the bedroom there is also direct access to the office.
The en suite bathroom is a marvel. Accessed via a sliding door the designer bathroom is of a very comfortable size with a large walk in shower with Brazilian stone and slate walls. There are double sinks and an amazing system of lights to provide distinct ambiences. There is a mirror effect, a subtle indirect light and the most modern; coloured remote controlled lights from red, blue, green, yellow etc
The smaller bedroom is situated off the entrance hall and although not en suite, has a bathroom next to it. There is a double bed (135x180cm) and opposite the bed there is a large mirror fronted wardrobe. This area of bedroom and bathroom is separated off from the rest of the apartment by a cristal door so providing a high degree of privacy.
The en suite bathroom has a wonderful luxurious marble bath with chrome Italian taps. Even filling the bath can be an experience by choosing the taps or the water cascade! Again, there is the choice of 3 separate ambient lighting options.
This is an apartment that offers an abundance of riches, of location, design and luxury.
