From the living/dining area you can access the small standing balcony which overlooks the street.
The kitchen is compact but very functional and is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay. It has a fridge, microwave oven, two ring vitro-ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery are provided.
The bedroom has two single beds which can be made together as a double or separately as two singles on request. There is an open wardrobe with plenty of hanging and drawer space, bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is fully tiled and has stylish fittings, with a spacious walk in shower, W.C. and hand basin.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated for year round comfort and has a safety deposit box for your valuables. A hairdryer and Iron are also provided.

For all cancellations the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
For cancellations advised more than 30 days before the start day of your booking a charge of 10% of the booking price will be charged.
For cancellations advised between 30 and 15 days before the start day of your booking a charge of 50% of the booking price will be charged.
For cancellations advised between 14 and 8 days before the start day of your booking a charge of 75% of the booking price will be charged.
For cancellations advised within 7 days of the start day of your booking, and for no-shows the full outstanding balance will be charged.
- Guests will be required to provide a security bond of Euros 150 in cash on arrival.
- For arrivals after 10pm there is a charge of Euros 20 which must be paid in cash at check-in.
