This fantastic apartment is located in the city centre's more fashionable area - Eixample. It is famed for its stunning architecture, up-scale restaurants and great shopping. The surrounding area is both elegant and vibrant. Just round the corner from the apartment is the world famous, Sagrada Familia, Gaudi's stunning cathedral - a masterpiece yet still a work-in progress. The nearest metro is just a couple of minutes walk, making it easy for our guests to explore other areas of buzzing Barcelona. The Eixample area is favoured by guests looking for a convenient, stylish, central location but who do not want to be right on top of the noisier locations around La Rambla and the Bari Gotic - great to visit during the day but these apartments offer a more refined setting in which to relax at night.
This apartment is in a building where we have 11 similar apartments occupying this beautifully renovated building.
Inside the apartment it is immediately apparent that they have been restored and finished to a very high standard. It
has attractive wooden floors and is decorated with warm earthen colours to offset the elegant white walls. The generous living area has access out on to the balcony. It is beautifully furnished in a modern and sophisticated style, with a large comfy double sofa bed and plenty of cushions. There is a further armchair, a nest of occasional tables and standard lamp. There is also a side cabinet with the TV and a modern style Chinese lantern lamp to add ambient light. The dining area has a smart black wooden table and 6 chairs for formal dining - great if you need a break from sampling the many top quality international restaurants in the area. From the living area there are sliding doors out to the balcony.
The balcony has a further table and two chairs to be able to sit out and relax , and wind down after the end of a busy day.
Two bedrooms have twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a double if required), fitted wardrobes with a bedside table and lamp. One of these has an en-suite bathroom with sink, bidet and w.c. all in cream marble with a wonderfully luxurious jacuzzi bath. The smaller bedroom has a single bed.
There is a separate shower room with sink, bidet and w.c. all in cream marble with a good sized walk in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and contains everything you will need for entertaining and dining. All white with dark marble tops there is a gas hob and electric oven with microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Plus crockery glasses, toaster and juicer are provided.
This is a fantastically comfortable apartment for guests that demand a bit of luxury in a smart location. At just a 15-minute walk to La Rambla (or 5 minute tube ride) and right next to some of Barcelona's most famous sights, this is a great base for exploring all that this buzzing city has to offer.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated for year round comfort and has a safety deposit box for your valuables.

- For this apartment payment is as follows.
A further 15% of the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within 4 days of your booking being confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival.
- As a security bond, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required.
- For all multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of 150 euros per apartment. This will be returned on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
