Located just above the top of Passeig de Gracia where it meets Diagonal, a 20 minute walk to La Rambla (or 5 minute metro ride). A short walk to the chic clothes shops, restaurants and bars along Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal, and the Gaudi masterpieces La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Gracia is a beautiful residential area of meandering streets, containing the unique Gaudi Park "Parc Guell".

A newly refurbished apartment, designed simply but smartly, it is clean and modern, decorated through-out with paintings by Adolf Llovera.

On entering the apartment there is a hallway with seating for 2. The beautiful flooring extends through to the spacious bright lounge area. This is equipped with TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa bed (more suitable for just one guest) and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining in the bright bay window can accommodate 8 around the table. There is also an extra single sofa bed.

Just off the lounge is the small first bedroom. This has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps and ample storage.

The 2nd bedroom is large with a standing balcony to the street below. It has 2 singles pushed together and a sofa-bed to accommodate an extra guest. There is lots of storage space, and bedside tables and lamps.

The kitchen is small, equipped with a microwave oven and 2 ring hob, kettle and toaster.

The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.

The apartment has a safety deposit box and ADSL (Cable connection, not Wi-Fi) and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.

This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

Additional Booking Conditions:

  • For this apartment payment is as follows. The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
  • A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
