On entering the apartment there is a hallway with with plenty of storage for luggage. The combined lounge / kitchen space is bright and equipped with TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa bed (more suitable for just one guest) and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining is in an ante room off the lounge around a large table with chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle.
Down the corridor of the apartment is the first bedroom with 2 single beds, with a single bedside table and lamp between.
The 2nd bedroom has a standing balcony to the street below. It has a double bed and bedside tables and lamps.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and bedside table and lamp.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and ADSL (Cable connection, not Wi-Fi) and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.
This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

- For this apartment payment is as follows.
A further 15% of the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within 4 days of your booking being confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival.
- As a security bond, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required.
- For all multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of 150 euros per apartment. This will be returned on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
