Located just above the top of Passeig de Gracia where it meets Diagonal, a 20 minute walk to La Rambla (or 5 minute metro ride). A short walk to the chic clothes shops, restaurants and bars along Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal, and the Gaudi masterpieces La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Gracia is a beautiful residential area of meandering streets, containing the unique Gaudi Park "Parc Guell".
A newly refurbished apartment, designed simply but smartly, it is clean and modern, decorated through-out with paintings by Adolf Llovera.
On entering the apartment there is a hallway with a small table and chair. The spacious bright lounge area is equipped with TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa beds (more suitable for just one guest) and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining is in an ante room off the lounge.
The first bedroom has 2 single beds with a bedside table between them.
The 2nd bedroom also has 2 singles, but pushed together. There is storage space, and bedside tables and lamps.
The 3rd small bedroom has a double with a bedside table and lamp.
There is additional storage in the hallway next to the bedrooms.
The kitchen is small, equipped with a microwave oven, 2 ring hob, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and ADSL (Cable connection, not Wi-Fi) and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.
This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

- For this apartment payment is as follows.
A further 15% of the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within 4 days of your booking being confirmed. The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival.
- As a security bond, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required.
- For all multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to provide a cash security deposit of 150 euros per apartment. This will be returned on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
