On entering the apartment there is a hallway with with plenty of storage for luggage. The bright lounge is equipped with TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa beds (more suitable for just one guest) and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining is in an ante room off the lounge around a large table with chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle.
Down the corridor of the apartment is the first bedroom with 2 single beds, a single bedside table and lamp.
The 2nd bedroom has a standing balcony to the street below. It has 2 singles pushed together. There are bedside tables and lamps.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamp.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.
The apartment has a safety deposit box and ADSL (Cable connection, not Wi-Fi) and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.
This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

The remaining balance will be charged to you credit card on the day of your arrival. (Visa or Mastercard only).
- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
