Gracia is a beautiful residential area of meandering streets, containing the unique Gaudi Park "Parc Guell".
A newly refurbished apartment, designed simply but smartly, it is clean and modern, decorated through-out with paintings by Adolf Llovera.
The small living space combines kitchen, lounge and dining. There is a TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa bed and 2 chairs and also a small dining table and chairs for 2. The kitchen area is limited, equipped with microwave, and 2 ring hob.
The bedroom, again is compact with a double bed and bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath).
The apartment has a safety deposit box and ADSL (Cable connection, not Wi-Fi) and there is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.
This is a small attic apartment, on the roof of the building next to the roof terrace. It is ideal for a couple on a budget that want a easy crash pad.

- A security bond of euros 150 per apartment is required, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement at check in that permits your credit card to be charged reasonable costs for any damages or extra cleaning charges should they be required. If you do not have a credit card the security bond can be paid in cash (euros 150 per apartment) at the management office. The security deposit will be returned at check out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
