This ultra smart apartment is located in a newly refurbished building in the charming Gracia area of central Barcelona. Gracia is seen as a more up-scale alternative to the more touristic areas around La Rambla. Gracia exudes charm with its narrower, less rigidly planned streets crammed with attractive little squares, pavement cafes and delicious delicatessens. The shopping paradise of the Avenida Diagonal and the beautiful Passeig de Gracia are just a five-minute walk away. La Rambla is just a 15-minute stroll past enticing shops and some of the best tapas bars and restaurants in the city. With a metro station just 4 minutes away this is a very well positioned apartment.

The apartment is spacious and bright, with smart, contemporary decor and sumptuous wooden floors throughout. In the living area there is a sofa-bed, easy chairs, coffee tables, flat screen TV with DVD player. Wi-fi internet connection is provided throughout.

The bedroom has twin beds, bedside tables and lamps. There is plenty of wardrobe storage space.

The ultra smart kitchen is very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of pots, pans and tableware. The dining table is open to the kitchen.
