The bedroom has two single beds, which can be made together as a double, air conditioning, bedside tables with lamps and a wardrobe for storage.
The contemporary bathroom has stylish modern fittings and is tiled throughout. It has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and WC. A hairdryer is available on request.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building there may be a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights. Please contact us if you wish to book less than 3 nights.
- For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building we require a security deposit prior to arrival of 250 euros, per apartment. It must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
