Right on La Rambla - you couldn't be closer to the world famous boulevard that is the heart of the Old Town.
This very smart apartment is located at the top of a traditional building accessed by lift. There is a comfortable stylish lounge, a dining table with seating for four, a TV, and a hi-fi. There is a balcony looking right over La Rambla and down towards the harbour.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay including a four-ring ceramic hob and an oven. The bedroom is bright and spacious with a double bed and plenty of storage.
In the lounge, in addition to the large sofa, there is a single armchair which unfolds into a bed to provide sleeping arrangements for a third guest.
The marbled bathroom has a full size bath and a shower, and is accessed from the bedroom.
For your convenience we have also provided a coffee maker and an iron and ironing board. Air conditioning and heating ensure this apartment provides a perfect base all year round.

For the SONAR Festival dates of June 19,20,21 2008 there is a requirement for a minimum 5 night stay.
