This wonderfully located smart and spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a traditional elegant building, accessed by lift.
The open plan lounge / kitchen / dining gives this apartment a spacious and bright feel. It's modern clean style is simple and warm. Floor to ceiling french windows flood the apartment with sunlight from the tree lined Rambla down below.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay including a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, dryer and microwave. We also provide a kettle and cafetiere.
There is a dining table with seating for 4.
In the lounge, there is a large and comfortable sofabed and a "pouf" bed - that turns into a single bed. Also there is a TV, and DVD/CD player. There is a balcony looking right over La Rambla and down towards the harbour, perfect for people watching.
The bedroom with a double bed, is bright and spacious with a window looking out into the central atrium. The location of the bedroom at the rear, away from the street, ensures a quite night's rest.
The elegant marbled bathroom has a full bath and shower. We also provide a hairdryer.
Air conditioning and heating ensure this apartment provides a perfect base all year round.

The light in the lift had broken, she said she would report this and the next time we used the lift it was mended.
