Ideally located for our guests to sample much of Barcelona's attractions, We are proud to offer our guests 3 identical apartments next to each-other in the same building. Avinguda Del Paral.lel stretches from the harbour to Placa D'Espanya, through the heart of the Old Town.
On one side of the Avenue lies the traditional, rustic maze of old narrow streets through to La Rambla (10 minutes walk),
and on the other side, the streets wind up through to Montjuic, the largest green area in Barcelona. From the Avenue there is a funicular connecting with the cable car up to the summit of
Montjuic - a must do, if only for the fabulous views over the city and the Mediterranean.
The apartments, Parallel #1, #2, #3 are high up in a beautifully restored apartment building with the luxury
of a lift. The apartments have just been totally refurbished but the architect has retained many of the original features that ensure these apartments remain stunning examples of Barcelona's celebrated architectural heritage. As well as restoring original features such as the floor tiling the architect has added modern features to the apartments such as a well equipped modern kitchen with a hob and microwave. The apartment has a main bedroom with a large double bed and access to a balcony. There is a double sofa bed in the light and airy lounge which also looks out onto the balcony.The apartments have heating and air conditioning and so can be enjoyed throughout the year.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment plus kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer and internet access.
Fira, Barcelona's premier historical exhibition centre is only a 5 minute stroll. The nearest Metro Station, Poble Sec,
is right outside the apartment providing immediate access to this stunning city.

we needed for our stay and was clean and bright and the bedding and towels were a welcome addition as taking linen with you is a nuisance. We were impressed with the building, the security system was excellent and the entrance impressive, clean and bright. Having a lift was great too.
The area the apartment was in was so handy for the Metro, just yards from the front door with shops and banks on the doorstep and a lovely restaurant downstairs. We used this on our first night and it was excellent."
