date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This stunning apartment offers a great opportunity to spend your holiday in a huge 140m2 designer loft situated in front of the city´s beautiful Ciutadella Park.
The apartment is in a newly constructed building which also has its own private parking place. It is just 10 minutes walk from the beach and the Vila Olimpica area which has a great array of bars and some of Barcelona's best restaurants. It is also close to the buzzing Borne area which is famous for its fashionable boutiques, restaurants, terraces & bars, and of course, is the home to the Picasso museum! The metro station is just a few minutes away and is just 3 stops from Placa Catalunya.
This wonderful open plan apartment is divided over 2 floors. The apartment is entered through the lower floor, and leads onto a spacious kitchen and dinning area, and relax zone which converts into sleeping area for 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, high tech appliances and is dominated by a stunning black Smeg fridge. A breakfast bar with 3 smart designer stools provides a separate space to enjoy a leisurely continental breakfast! There is also a modern shower room with WC.
The upper floor is reached by a flight of stylish glass and metal stairs with access straight into the living area. Please note that it has no hand rail/barrier & so is unsuitable for small children. From the balcony there is an impressive view of the eye-catching distressed metal bookcase containing hundreds of books and which stretches from the ground floor to almost 6 metres in height, right up to the ceiling!
The spacious lounge is dominated by a huge 40" plasma TV with state of the art DVD player which accepts most formats including mp3s for music & mp4 & DIVX for film! The style in this area is very minimalist with a few specially selected items of designer furniture & Vases, as well as original French artwork. A huge L-shaped sofa also welcomes you to chill-out at the end of a long days sight seeing.
As immaculately designed as the rest of the apartment, the large bedroom has a stunning Philippe Starck headboard to the double bed, with 2 tasteful black throne style chairs and also two floor to ceiling mirrors for that last minute check before a night out on the town! There is ample wardrobe space and tasteful low glare lighting! Leading off the bedroom is the main bathroom with full length bath, WC and bidet!
The apartment also has heating and air conditioning throughout, with separate controls for each floor! Window blinds are also controlled electronically. It is also equipped with ASDL wireless internet connection.
