This is one of our most spacious and stylish apartments - set within an elegant "modernist" mansion building which has just been totally refurbished.
The apartment comprises of an extremely spacious living/entertaining room with full length windows onto standing balconies. The high ceilings really give this room a light and airy feel. There is a large dining table and chairs for 8 guests, a TV/DVD player plus 2 large sofas. These sofas can be converted into beds for flexible sleeping arrangements.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with full oven, microwave, gas hob and dishwasher. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and room to store luggage.
There are three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobes. It also has a private en suite complete with full bath and shower, double hand basins and is elegantly tiles throughout.
The two other bedrooms are simply furnished with 2 single beds in each. These bedrooms have use of the second full bathroom.
There is also a third WC .
Extremely rare in central Barcelona - this apartment has a very spacious patio terrace complete with garden furniture for soaking up the sun and al fresco dining.
The apartment is centrally heated and fully air conditioned for year-round comfort.

For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
