To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Under Age 10 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 10 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

With many of Gaudi's most celebrated creations located in the surrounding elegant streets and the world-renowned La Rambla just 6 minutes stroll away the location is hard to beat.
This is a simply furnished 1 bedroom apartment set within an elegant "modernist" mansion building which has just been totally refurbished.
The lounge / dining space is bright and airy with sofa bed, TV and DVD that plays CD's, air-conditioning, and dining for 4. There is a standing balcony from the lounge onto the street.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with full oven, gas hob, and mircrowave. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed with wardobes for storage.
The bathroom is clean, and fully tiled with a bath and a shower.
This is a well located and smartly presented apartment - perfect for small groups that require a smart base in the beautiful boulevarded Eixample.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
