There is a sofa beds and several large plastic easy chairs. Dining is in an ante room off the lounge around a large table with chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle.
Down the corridor of the apartment is the first bedroom with 2 single beds seperated by a single bedside table and lamp.
The 2nd bedroom has a standing balcony to the street below. It has 2 singles pushed together. There are bedside tables and lamps.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamp.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath). There is a built-in hair-dryer.
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with sun-loungers and plenty of chairs and tables for dining.
This apartment is ideal for large groups that want a smart base to explore the bars and restaurants, as well as the tourist attractions of Barcelona.

For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
