A short walk to the chic clothes shops, restaurants and bars along Passeig de Gracia and Diagonal, and the Gaudi masterpieces La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. Gracia is a beautiful residential area of meandering streets, containing the unique Gaudi Park "Parc Guell".
A newly refurbished apartment, designed simply but smartly, it is clean and modern, decorated through-out with paintings by Adolf Llovera.
The small living space combines kitchen, lounge and dining. There is a TV with satellite channels, DVD and CD player. There is a sofa bed and 2 chairs and also a small dining table and chairs for 2. The kitchen area is limited, equipped with microwave, and 2 ring hob.
The bedroom, again is compact with a double bed and bedside tables and lamps.
The bathroom is fully tiled with smart chrome fittings and a large shower (no bath).
There is A/C and heating throughout the apartment. Also, there is a communal washing machine and dryer along with a communal sunny terrace with loungers - which is right next to the apartment.
This is a small attic apartment, on the roof of the building next to the roof terrace. It is ideal for a couple on a budget that want a easy crash pad.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For multiple apartment bookings guests will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be destroyed on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
