The apartment has been renovated smartly, simply and brightly with whites and oatmeals. The furnishings are modern and comfortable.
From the front door you step into the hallway which becomes a large kitchen area with all the equipment you need including 4 ring hob and oven, large fridge freezer, washer and dryer, microwave.
The lounge has a large sofa bed, that provides sleeping for 2. The sofa faces the TV and Hi-Fi. There is dining for 4. French windows open onto a small standing balcony onto the buslting street L'Hosptal. This room has air-conditioning.
Down the other end of the apartment is the large master bedroom with open designer shelving and storage.
The second small bedroom has a single bed, and again open modern storage and shelving.
The completely mosaic tiled bathroom has a shower (no bath).

For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building there is a minimum booking requirement of 3 nights.
For bookings of more than one apartment in the same building we require a security deposit prior to arrival. This must be 250 euros, per apartment and must be pre-authorised on only one credit card which must be in the name of one of the guests. Please ensure that the card used has sufficient credit available to permit a pre-authorised deposit of 250 euros for each apartment in a booking.
This will be refunded on departure unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour. Also a photocopy of the passport of the person who booked will be taken and held until departure.
