Gracia is a beautiful central area of meandering streets, sunny squares and charming restaurants.
Each loft apartment is open plan with beautiful dark wooden floors, hugely high ceilings and large windows which flood the apartment with natural light giving you a sense of space and freedom. The urban loft feel is demonstrated by the open pipe work and brushed aluminium light fittings.
Decorated wtih bold red, grey and white, walls and furnishings the apartment has a super modern feel. There is a comfortable sofa and there are a total of four single beds, two in a tucked away sleeping area and two in the living area. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with a TV, DVD and CD/Stereo/Radio. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people.
The american style kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven, hob, fridge, toaster and provides faciltiies for tea and coffee making.
The modern bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c.
