Once inside this bright 2nd floor apartment you will find peace and tranquillity in stunning style. Step outside and you are surrounded by historic medieval streets packed with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Less than two minute's walk and you are on the bustling La Rambla, and three minutes away is the city hub - Placa De Catalunya. A perfect location.
The apartment is a statement of chic style with stunning wooden floors, a glass staircase and modern furnishings, The living room has a smart sofa bed TV, DVD, Hi Fi with the glass stairway leading up to the second floor.
The kitchen is small but ultra modern and well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, kettle and cafetiere.
The first bedroom overlooks the patioed passage and has a double bed. The main bedroom has a double bed which, lots of wardrobe space and the use of a private en-suite which is immaculate - completely tiled with a full bath and overhead shower.
The third bedroom has two single beds facilitating flexible sleeping arrangements. Access from the main bedroom requires entry through the third bedroom.
On the ground floor there is a second bathroom - very smart with a great shower, WC and hand basin and a hairdryer is provided.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection.

Please note there is one large air conditioning unit in the living room which services the entire apartment.

Guests will will be required to produce a valid credit card on arrival. The card will be used to pre-authorise a security deposit of 200 euros per apartment. This will be returned on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted in this apartment.
For this apartment the balance may be paid by cash or credit card. If paying the balance by credit card a processing charge of 2% will be applied.
