Step outside and you are surrounded by historic medieval streets packed with boutiques, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars. Less than two minute's walk and you are on the bustling La Rambla, and three minutes away is the city hub - Placa De Catalunya. A perfect location.
On the Lower floor (entrance level).
The spacious living room has a smart leather sofa bed with a great LCD TV, DVD and Hi Fi. There is a wonderful parquet floor throughout and also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen is small but ultra modern and well equipped with pots and pans, crockery and cutlery as well as a full oven, four ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The master bedroom has a large double bed with bedside cabinets and reading lights. It has an en-suite shower room with w.c. and basin.
There is also a second bathroom - very smart with a great shower, bath, w.c.and hand basin and a hair-dryer is provided.
On the Upper floor:
There are two double bedrooms nestled in the eaves of the apartment. They are light and sunny with plenty of storage space. One has a double bed and the other has a single bed. There is also an open plan third bedroom with two single beds.
The apartment has ADSL wireless internet connection, is fully heated and air-conditioned.

This will be released on departure if the apartment has been left in a presentable condition, unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
